Shipping Policy
All despatch happens out of Brooklyn, NY. Read this before ordering if the date matters, because the transit window is genuinely a window.

Charges
Orders under $35 carry a $6.75 delivery charge. Orders at or above $35 carry none. That is the entire rate card.
We serve customers throughout the United States. Overseas delivery is outside what we can arrange.
How long it takes
Give us one to three business days to prepare the parcel and the carrier five to ten to move it – six to thirteen business days in total.
Same-day handling requires an order before 2:00 PM Eastern on a business day; otherwise the window opens the next business day.
Tracking
Tracking is emailed at the point of despatch, and can be followed on the carrier site. The first scan is usually within 24 hours.
Damage in transit
Damaged on arrival is handled as a replacement or a refund. Photograph everything as it arrived and contact service@partycolor.shop within 48 hours.
Parcels that stop moving
We investigate any parcel that has not scanned in seven business days. Losses confirmed by the carrier are made good in full.
Delivery addresses
The carrier delivers to the address supplied. Where that address is incomplete, the parcel returns to us and a second delivery fee applies.
