Will it arrive before the holiday?

Allow 1-3 business days to pack and 5-10 in transit, so 6-13 business days in total. Order with that window in front of the date, not behind it.

Are the ornaments glass?

It varies by line and the title says so: some are stained glass, some are wooden, some are shatterproof plastic. If you have small children or pets, filter towards the wooden and shatterproof lines.

Are the garlands pre-lit?

The tinsel and wire garlands listed here are unlit. Lighting is sold separately in the lighting group.

Can I return decorations after the holiday?

Returns close 30 days after delivery, and items must be unused and in their original packaging. Buying in October and returning in January is outside the window.
