Cancellation Policy

The cancellation window closes when the parcel leaves the premises. From that point it is a return.

Before despatch

Cancel outright. Nothing is charged and the full amount is returned.

After despatch

The order becomes a return. See the Refund and Returns Policy.

How to cancel

The quickest route is an email to service@partycolor.shop with the order number. +1 718-765-1555 is answered during Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM (ET). Sunday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM.

Because handling begins within 1–3 business days, a cancellation is most likely to succeed on the day the order is placed. We will always tell you honestly whether the parcel has already gone.

Refunds on cancellation

Cancelled orders are refunded in their entirety, including delivery, within five business days.

When we cancel

Sometimes we must cancel – unavailable stock, an evident pricing mistake, or a delivery address we cannot validate. The refund is complete and immediate.

Changing an order instead

Adding to an order before despatch is usually possible and avoids a second delivery charge. Changing a delivery address is possible until the label is printed. Both are handled by email at service@partycolor.shop.
