We take payment immediately on ordering, for the total shown – no deferred or additional charges.

Online checkout accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay, Klarna, Afterpay and Cash on Delivery (COD). The list shown on the checkout page is always the authoritative one. If you would rather order by phone, telephone +1 718-765-1555 during Monday - Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:30 PM (ET). Sunday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM or email service@partycolor.shop and we will arrange it directly.

Prices and currency

Prices on this site are United States dollars. Delivery, when it applies, is displayed as its own charge.

Security

We never see or store a full card number – the payment provider handles that side entirely.

Declined payments

Unsuccessful payments leave no order behind. Pre-authorisation holds are released by your bank, typically within a few days.

Refunds

Refunds are always returned to the method used to pay; we cannot redirect a refund to a different card or account. Timings are set out in the Refund and Returns Policy and the Cancellation Policy.
